14. Who facilitates the retreats?

Our retreats are led by trained facilitators with experience in psilocybin guidance, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices. Psilocybin is a naturally occurring compound that has been used for generations in intentional, supportive settings to explore insight, emotional healing, and personal growth. During a guided psilocybin experience, many people notice a shift in how they think, feel, and relate to themselves and the world around them. Patterns of thought that feel rigid in everyday life can become more flexible, creating space for new perspectives, emotional release, and a deeper sense of self-awareness or connection.

Research suggests psilocybin may also support the brain’s natural ability to form new connections—a process often called neuroplasticity. This can make it easier to reflect on past experiences, explore emotional patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and access difficult feelings in a safe, supported way.

Because each experience is unique, thoughtful preparation, compassionate facilitation, and integration support are essential. At our retreats, we provide a structured, personalized approach to help you navigate the journey safely, process insights, and carry meaningful growth into everyday life.
