Small Group Psilocybin Retreats
Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, healing, spirituality, or deeper connection, our group retreats offer immersive experiences designed to nourish mind, body, and spirit.
What to Expect
Most of our group retreats are 2.5 days and include all meals, two nights of lodging, and one psilocybin journey (mushrooms included). Our groups are small, intentionally curated for up to 10 participants. Throughout the experience, you remain aware and supported by facilitators who hold a calm, safe, and intentional space for your process.
Day 1 – Connection & Grounding
We begin by getting to know each other, exploring breath work, intention setting, nervous system regulation, and psilocybin education. This is your time to relax, connect, and settle into the retreat community.
Day 2 – The Journey
Each participant meets privately with a facilitator before the psilocybin session. Then, under expert guidance, we embark on a safe, supported journey—accompanied by music, mindfulness practices, and personalized care.
Day 3 – Reflection & Integration
We come together to reflect, share insights, and begin integrating your experience into everyday life. You’ll leave with tools and guidance to continue your personal growth and spiritual development.

Our Process
Preparation
Preparation sets the stage for a positive experience. Through guidance, reflection, and intentional exercises, you’ll feel ready and grounded as you enter the retreat.
This may include:
Mindfulness practices
Intention-setting
supportive conversations with our facilitators.
This is why a structured, facilitated retreat can make a meaningful difference.
Integration: Where Change Happens
After the session, integration helps turn insights into lasting growth. You’ll have opportunities to reflect, process emotions, and discuss your experience in a supportive setting. Integration may include group circles, one-on-one guidance, journaling prompts, or other tools to help insights resonate in daily life.
Through reflection and support, you can:
Make sense of your experience
Apply insights to daily life
Create meaningful, lasting change
