    Before you arrive, we offer gentle guidance to help you set intentions and feel grounded and ready for the journey ahead.

  • Day 1 – Connection & Grounding

    We begin by building trust and community while introducing breath work, intention setting, nervous system regulation, and psilocybin education. This is your time to settle in, unwind, and arrive fully.

  • Day 2 – The Journey

    Each participant meets privately with a facilitator before the psilocybin session. Then, under expert guidance, we embark on a safe, supported journey—accompanied by music, mindfulness practices, and personalized care.

  • Day 3 – Reflection & Integration

    We come together to reflect, share insights, and begin integrating your experience into everyday life. You’ll leave with tools and guidance to continue your personal growth beyond the retreat.
