    Before you arrive, we offer gentle guidance to help you set intentions and feel grounded and ready for the journey ahead.

  • Day 1 – Connection & Grounding

    We begin by building trust and community while introducing breathwork, intention-setting, nervous system regulation, and psilocybin education. This is your time to settle in, unwind, and arrive fully.

  • Day 2 – The Journey

    Each participant meets privately with a facilitator before the psilocybin session. Then, under expert guidance, we embark on a safe, supported journey—accompanied by music, mindfulness practices, and personalized care.

  • Day 3 – Reflection & Integration

    We come together to reflect, share insights, and begin integrating your experience into everyday life. You’ll leave with tools and guidance to continue your personal growth beyond the retreat.
