Our Core Experience Retreat is a thoughtfully designed three-day journey to support personal growth, spiritual healing, and self-discovery in a safe, supportive setting. Each element is intentionally structured to help you slow down, connect inward, and move through your experience with clarity and care.

Tucked in the heart of North Central Florida, Alachua is where lush springs, ancient oaks, and wide-open skies create a landscape that feels both gentle and expansive. With its quiet pace and natural beauty, it invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Held within a private, nature-immersed sanctuary, this retreat space offers a peaceful and supportive setting for reflection and inner exploration—featuring open, comfortable communal areas, serene outdoor spaces, and quiet corners for solitude. Surrounded by trees and open land, it provides a grounding yet spacious environment that naturally fosters presence, connection, and meaningful personal work.

What to Expect

Preparation
Before you arrive, we offer gentle guidance to help you set intentions and feel grounded and ready for the journey ahead.
Day 1 – Connection & Grounding
We begin by building trust and community while introducing breath work, intention setting, nervous system regulation, and psilocybin education. This is your time to settle in, unwind, and arrive fully.
Day 2 – The Journey
Each participant meets privately with a facilitator before the psilocybin session. Then, under expert guidance, we embark on a safe, supported journey—accompanied by music, mindfulness practices, and personalized care.
Day 3 – Reflection & Integration
We come together to reflect, share insights, and begin integrating your experience into everyday life. You’ll leave with tools and guidance to continue your personal growth beyond the retreat.
